• Kuyper College Overview

Kuyper College is a Christian college focused on training students to make a difference. Our desire is to develop a caring community of Christian learning that will challenge and support students as they grow in all areas of life. For 75 years we have been educating and training Christian leaders through a rigorous academic curriculum, a faculty that is committed to outstanding teaching and scholarship, and a Reformed biblical worldview. Today, Kuyper alumni are using what they've learned at Kuyper to impact the lives of others in more than 50 countries around the world.

    Mission
Kuyper College equips students with a biblical, Reformed worldview to serve effectively Christ's church and His world.

    What We Believe

We believe that the Bible is the Word of God and must guide our teaching, philosophy, lifestyle and response to our ministry or professional calling. A biblical, Reformed theological perspective shapes all that we do-reinforcing Christ's lordship over all things, affirming that all people are made in the image of God, and equipping us with the Holy Spirit to join Christ in His mission to restore and transform creations, serving all peoples and cultures.

    Robust Bible and Theology Curriculum
Kuyper College places a high value on helping students to be firmly rooted in Scripture and grounded with an understanding of what the Christian church has always taught and believed. For that reason the Bible and theology curriculum remains central as we equip graduates to serve Christ's church and His world. Each degree is built upon a general education cores that includes 21 Bible and theology credits. Kuyper is one of the few Christian colleges in the United States providing such an extensive foundation in the study of Bible and theology.

    Learning While Serving
Kuyper's internships, global education opportunities and service learning activities provide students with hand on experience in order to apply learning principles, skills and techniques from the classroom through practical learning experince in the feild. Experiential learning is a key component of every student's experience.
