Facility Rentals

The Vos Chapel is a popular wedding location. The rental fee of $1000 for weddings. (Call for information on room dimensions, decorating policy, etc.) There is a rental charge of $100 per hour for other appropriate events.

• Comfortable seating capacity for up to 200 guests
• Services of a host(ess)/sound-and-light technician (included in wedding rental fee)
• State-of-the-art sound system with the capacity to play prerecorded tapes and CDs Grand piano and digital "pipe" organ
• Changing rooms for use by the wedding party
• Center aisle with nine pews on each side
• 37-foot center aisle from the base of the platform steps to the back of the seating area

There is a rental fee of $500 for wedding receptions, or $70/hr for events such as dinners, banquets, and parties (four to six hours in duration).

• Comfortable seating capacity for up to of 250 people
• Microphone and sound system with four speakers
• Typical seating of eight to a round table
• Catering services available for an extra fee

Rental fee is $250.

• Catering services available for an extra fee 

There is a rental fee of $100 per day for each room.

• Classroom capacities for 16 to 65 people
• Each room equipped with screen, video projector, overhead projector

The cost (excluding linens) is $40 per night, per room. With linens, the cost is $45 per night, per room.

• Each hall contains 32 two-bedroom suites, a lounge, and a kitchen
• Rooms sleep one to two people

Rooms are occasionally available in the student apartments during the summer months at a cost of $600 per apartment, per month.

During class breaks (summer months, Christmas breaks, etc.) our campus is available for campus wide rental groups that wish to host large events such as conferences, camps, etc. For information on campus wide rentals please call the Director of Facilities, Eric Roosma, at (616) 988-3670.
