Financial Aid Steps
1. Apply to Kuyper College
Apply to Kuyper College for FREE at Kuyper.edu/apply. You will automatically be considered for most scholarships! The priority date is January 1, however applications received after that date are welcomed and will be processed with all aid as long as it is available.
2. Scholarships
Apply for Christian Leadership and Christian Ministry Shcolarships. Forms are available at Kuyper.edu/financialaid. The priority deadline for most Kuyper scholarships is February 15.
January to May is the popular time to search for outside scholarships. Additional information can be located on our Scholarship page.
3. Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
The FAFSA is available online January 1 for Fall 2010 student applicants. This is the doorway to government assistance in paying for your higher education. There is a priority deadline of March 1 for Michigan residents. Check with your state government to find out the priority deadlines if you are not a Michigan resident. We will use the information provided by the FAFSA to award Federal and State, as well as, Kuyper endowed, family or corporate scholarships.You may submit the FAFSA after the priority deadline, however, for full consideration, please adhere to the priority date.

The signature for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is the Personal Identification Number (PIN). A PIN must be obtained individually for the student and, if applicable, for a parent of the student. The FAFSA is not processed without the four digit identifier.

4. Supplemental Information Form
The supplemental form below is used for families that have special circumstances such as high out-of-pocket medical or dental expenses, families that pay private school tuition for the student's sibling(s) or if there is a loss of income or dramatic reduction of income due to job loss, divorce, illness or death of a parent/spouse. Please print out, complete and return the form linked below if you have any of the special circumstances listed above or contact the Financial Aid Office to have one mailed to you.

Canadian Student Financial Aid
Canadian students do not qualify for U.S. government aid unless they have dual citizenship in the United States. Every Kuyper College Canadian student must complete the Canandian Financial Aid Application to receive a financial aid package. Print out and complete the application below or contact our Financial Aid Office to have one mailed to you.
