Prior to Kuyper College Ken served in executive-management positions in the private, public and non-profit sectors, most recently as director of mission advancement at Unity Christian High School in Hudsonville, MI. In his position Ken is responsible for all areas of advancement at the College, including all fund development programs, donor relations, marketing and public relations programs. Ken, and his wife, Kay, have three children-Nick, Mindy, and Emily. The family attends Georgetown Christian Reformed Church in Hudsonville.

Roger Bouwma comes to Kuyper College having served for the past 30 years at Bethany Christian Services in Grand Rapids, ministering in the International Program with international adoption and international social services. Raised in West Michigan, Roger attended Calvin College in Grand Rapids. He received his Masters in Social Work degree from George Williams College in Downers Grove, Ill. Married for 33 years, Roger's wife Mary is the Adult Education Director at Seymour CRC. The Bouwmas have 3 daughters and two grandchildren. Roger enjoys reading, golf and other outdoor activities. He has served on the board at Seymour CRC for several terms. He has traveled extensively around the world ministering in orphanages and helping to develop international social services programs.

Teresa Janzen comes to Kuyper College after many years of service as Executive Director of Project Hope Annetta Jansen Ministries in Dorr, MI. Raised in Southwest Michigan, Teresa attended college at Warner Southern College in Lake Wales, FL. She majored in third world relief and developmental missions. She is a graduate of the HEART Institute. Teresa and her husband Dan have eight children. They enjoy hosting foreign exchange students for the school year. Teresa also enjoys speaking and writing on a variety of topics, including: personal finance, stewardship, and other inspirational themes. Teresa has authored several books, with her most recent one being a children's book entitled Grow Where You're Planted.

Marrilee Chamberlain comes to Kuyper from International Aid where she was responsible for annual fundraising and donor communications. Before that, she was responsible for development for the Christian Counseling Center. Prior to working in the non-profit sector, she spent 20 years with Steelcase where she developed marketing programs. Marrilee, her husband Greg and two high school-aged daughters, live in Forest Hills. In her free time, she enjoys reading, sewing and camping. The Chamberlain's attend Forest Hills Presbyterian Church in Cascade.

Kari joined the advancement staff at Kuyper College immediately following graduation from the College in April, 2006. She is responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the Office of Advancement staff. Kari and her husband Tom attend Blythefield Hills Baptist Church in Rockford. In her free time Kari enjoys spending time Tom and their new baby, Hailey.
