    International Ambassador Scholarship Applicants

Through the vision and generosity of donors to Kuyper College, the Ambassador Scholarship is offered to selected international students for whom an education and training in ministry may not be available in their home countries. The amount of this scholarship can cover a significant portion of student’s direct educational costs and is based on a careful review of the Statement of Finances. Students that receive this scholarship will still be expected to contribute to the cost of their education. It is awarded with the expectation that after completion of their studies, graduates will return to their home country and serve in an area of ministry for at least two years. If a student is unable to meet that commitment, the scholarship will be converted into a Kuyper College Loan, which the student will be responsible to repay in full.

Selection of new recipients is made by the Scholarship Committee and is based on the Statement of Finances and the student’s completed admission file along with the additional essays that are required for this particular scholarship.

Recipients of the Ambassador Scholarship must be enrolled in one of the following programs: Business Leadership, Intercultural Studies, Interdisciplinary Studies, Music and Worship, Pre-Seminary Studies, Youth Ministry, Social Work, or a certificate or associate degree program.

The applications and all documents are due on or before February 1.
