  • Alumni Return to Campus for 50 Year Reunion

    After 50 years, Reformed Bible Institute’s class of 1964 went back to school—to celebrate a fitting anniversary. Their half-century class reunion took place on Friday, September 19 at Kuyper College. A group of fourteen alumni, together with family participated in a day of fun and reminiscence.

    As a way of introducing new Kuyper students to organizations and business both on and off campus, Student Life annually hosts Taste of Grand Rapids—an event which has been connecting students to a variety of opportunities in the Grand Rapids area for the past eight years.
  • Kuyper Begins with Opening Convocation

    On Friday, September 5, Kuyper students and faculty met together in the Vos Chapel to welcome the coming school year. The Opening Convocation service is designed to recognize new faculty members, celebrate the beginning of a new year, and spiritually prepare the whole Kuyper family for the year ahead.
  • Service Learning During Orientation Week

    Kuyper continued their proud legacy of service during Orientation. On Saturday, August 30th, following a week of team-building activities, edifying lectures, and fun-filled games, incoming Kuyper students teamed up with faculty and staff members to serve the Grand Rapids area in a variety of ways. The mass of new students separated into six groups that each participated in a different service project with local organizations.

    The Banner recently published an online article reflecting on the history of Calvin Seminary’s Facing Your Future (FYF) program, and where are program participants now.
