The Chance to Meet an Inspiration
March 5, 2014
Diet Eman, a Christian holocaust survivor, who hid Jews, was in the same concentration camp as Corrie ten Boom, and authored Things We Couldn’t Say, will be coming to the college to share her story of Christian persecution during WWII. HANDS social work club will be hosting this 75th Anniversary Event on Friday, March 14. Diet will tell what happened to her during those terrible days and share with the audience advice on how to be willing to endure persecution for the sake of Christ. In addition, there will be a question and answer time with the author, who will also autograph her book for anyone who would like. (Things We Couldn’t Say will be available for $12). The Kuyper community will have a great opportunity to listen to a woman of great faith who was willing to risk her life to help others. Please join us on Friday, March 14, from 7:00-8:30 pm in the Kuyper College Vos Chapel.
