Living on campus at Kuyper College is a once in a lifetime experience. You will experience college on a whole new level through living in an intentional Christian community that seeks to help you thrive during your time at Kuyper College. Housing isn’t just for students from far away, it’s for students who desire to live and learn together during their time at Kuyper College. There are several options for living on campus that will appeal to any student.
Kuyper Residence Halls:The traditional halls at Kuyper College are set up into a series of suites - every two living areas share one bathroom. Each living area is equipped with two desks, two book shelves and two beds all of which are stackable. In addition each living area has a large closet area with two sets of drawers for storage. Click

Community amenities that exist in the traditional halls a Kuyper include a common Kitchen area for cooking, a computer lab and printer as well
as free laundry facilities for those living on campus.
There is also a lounge in each of the buildings where students are free to hang out and spend some of their free time or study. The lounge is equipped with a TV with cable.
Kuyper Apartments:The Holt Apartments are for our upperclassmen and older students. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen and can house up to five people. Housing Applications received by May 1 (for Fall Semester) and December 15 (for Winter Semester) will be given priority roommate pairing. Housing Applications will be accepted following the priority deadline until housing is full.
In addition to your application we also request that you include a housing deposit to hold your room/apartment on campus. The current housing application fee is $200 which is refundable once you move out of the Residence Halls.

Housing Requirement:
In order to facilitate the best learning and to maintain a strong sense of community at Kuyper College full-time students are required to live on campus unless they meet one of the following criteria:
- The student has junior status or higher
- The student is at least 21 years of age
- The student lives with immediate family
- The student is married
- The student has requested and received an exemption from the Director of Student Life
Students may live in the traditional halls until they are 22 year old. Students 22 years or older who desire to live in the traditional halls must obtain prior approval from the Director of Student Life,
Curt Essenburg.
The members of our Residence Life Staff include a Resident Life Coordinator, Resident Assistants and Peer Floor Mentors.
Resident Life Coordinator:
The Resident Life Coordinator is a full time staff member at the college who live on campus with the students of Kuyper College and supervises the Resident Assistants and Peer Floor Mentors. The role of the Resident Life Coordinator is to create an environment where students don't simply survive college, but thrive academically, socially, spiritually and emotionally. The Resident Life Coordinator is also around to respond to emergencies and student issues that occur on campus.
