Kuyper College’s Ethnic Ministry & Cross-Cultural Connection Conference
Vietnamese, Serbs, Croats, Sudanese, Mexicans, Russians, Namibians, Dominicans and many others from every nation and every tribe are arriving daily in West Michigan in significant numbers.
Is the church prepared? How do we reach them? How can the local church maximize its fruitfulness in reaching out to the world, beggining at its doorstep? Come and learn how to develop and implement an effective missions’ ethnic outreach program at the Ethnic Ministry & Cross-Cultural Connection Conference hosted by Kuyper College.
The conference workshops will be led by Dr. Lynn Haines, associate director of Networking for SIM’s Ethnic Focus Ministry. Having served for almost 30 years in overseas and U.S ethnic ministries, he brings a wealth of experience and practical knowledge to the subject.

In addition to Dr. Haynes, there will be special music and traditional dance performed at the opening of the conference by members of the Cambodian CRC of Holland, MI. There will also be mission-focused displays from both denominational and para-church organizations, offering domestic and international mission opportunities.
The conference participation fee is just $50 per person and includes a copy of The Ethnic Ministry Mentoring Manual. Hours are Friday, November 3, from 7:00 to 9:00 p..m and Saturday, November 4, from 8:00 am to 4:00 p.m. Snacks will be provided on Friday. Lunch will be available on Saturday.
