Through the combination of a rigorous academic curriculum and a biblical worldview, the academic program at Kuyper College has been designed to completely incorporate faith into the learning process. Our distinctively Christian core curriculum is based on the integration of 36 General Education/Arts & Science and 21 Bible & Theology credits. And while several programs have a dual Bible and Theology major built-in, all Kuyper programs provide you the option of graduating with a double major through a simple shift of elective courses.
A major component of a Kuyper education is our intentional program of integration of the Bible not only in your academic programs but in every aspect of your College experience. Through it, we help you discern your spiritual gifts, mature in the understanding of your identity in Christ and live a vibrant life of service to others.
The Kuyper community places an emphasis on acceptance of each other. Our student body’s representation of more than 25 denominations as well as people from across the country and around the world will allow you to live and interact with others of like faith, yet different denominational practices and cultures. This provides a representation of God’s love for the whole world, as well as visible and tangible examples of how to live that love through authentic relationships with others.

Our tuition is significantly lower than comparable Christian colleges—an average of $6,000 less per year. With one faculty member for every 12 students, your studies are shaped by small classes that give you the benefit of nurturing yet challenging instruction by professors known for their subject matter expertise. As mentors, they also take a personal interest not only in your academic growth, but in your spiritual and personal well-being—both inside and outside of the classroom.
Experiential out-of-classroom learning is a key component of studies at Kuyper. In partnership with nationally recognized organizations and ministries, internships give you hands-on experience as you apply the principles, skills and techniques learned in the classroom. Through practical field-learning, tailored to fit your individual career goals, gifts and passion, you will experience the challenges of working in your chosen profession and graduate with real-world experience and a strong résumé.
