Previously Admitted Students

If you were previously accepted to, but never attended Kuyper College:

1. Fill out the Readmission Form.
2. Submit official transcripts from all colleges/universities you attended since your prior admission to Kuyper College. 

Returning Students 

If you previously attended Kuyper College:

1.  Fill out the Re-Enrollment Form.
2.  Submit official transcripts from all colleges/universities you attended since you attended Kuyper College.
