Kuyper College Teach-Out Partnership with Trinity Christian College

Kuyper College has entered a teach-out agreement with Trinity Christian College, which has announced its planned closure. This teach-out arrangement is designed to support Trinity students by providing an opportunity to continue and complete their academic programs with minimal disruptions.

What is a Teach-Out?

A teach-out is an agreement between institutions that allows students from a closing college to complete their degree at another accredited institution. Kuyper College is committed to working closely with Trinity Christian College to ensure a smooth and supportive transition for eligible students.

Support for Trinity Christian College Students

Kuyper College will:

  • Accept eligible Trinity Christian College students under the approved teach-out plan
  • Evaluate completed coursework for transfer and degree applicability
  • Provide academic advising to help students understand their options and next steps
  • Offer a Christ-centered learning environment consistent with Kuyper’s mission and values
  • Ensure access to financial resources, including a dedicated scholarship for transferring Trinity Christian College students and Work College opportunities that allow tax-free earnings to be applied toward tuition

Each student’s situation is unique, and transferability of credits will be reviewed on an individual basis to best support timely degree completion.

Programs and Academic Continuity

Kuyper College offers a range of undergraduate programs that may align with Trinity Christian College degrees. Our academic team will work with students to identify comparable programs and outline clear pathways toward graduation.
