Student Success Coaches are carefully selected upperclassmen who serve under the guidance of the Assistant Dean of Students & Work. Through one-on-one mentoring, they provide personalized support, encouragement, and accountability tailored to your unique needs. By helping students overcome challenges, set goals, and navigate both personal and group dynamics, our coaches empower you to make the most of your college experience and achieve lasting success.
