Academic Dean

The Academic Dean’s Office develops, implements, and supports the academic programs of the College while providing leadership for the faculty, registrar, and academic support departments.

Academic Support

The Academic Support Office supports student success by providing one-on-one personalized coaching to students in their academic and career pursuits.

Admissions

The Admissions Office guides students in their college search. Counselors assist through the entire application process, including requests for documents and the completion of forms. They work closely with the Financial Aid Office to research and identify all available scholarships and financial aid opportunities.

Advancement

The Advancement Office is the primary office for community relations. It provides news about the College to alumni and other stakeholders. It raises financial support for students to keep tuition low and provide a variety of scholarships.

Alumni Relations

The Alumni Relations Office supports community among the College’s alumni, encouraging ongoing awareness and engagement with the College through planned events, activities and other communications.

Business Office

The Business Office manages the College’s finances and budget. They also work with students to provide various payment plan options and make tuition payments as easy as possible.

Campus Operations

Campus operations keeps the campus safe and looking beautiful. This includes the maintenance and grounds department, the facilities department, and the campus safety department.

Financial Aid

The Financial Aid Office personally guides students through the financial aid process, assisting them in keeping their education affordable by helping them to access government, external and institutional aid in the form of grants, scholarships and loans.

Food Service

Food service maintains the College dining program, preparing and serving meals to students, faculty and staff.

Human Resources

The human resources department manages all employee and student workers’ information. They also participate in the hiring process and manage the College’s labor and health compliance protocols.

Information Technology—IT

The Information Technology Office provides technological support for students, faculty and staff.

KuyperWorks™

The KuyperWorks Office manages the KuyperWorks educational program.

Library Services

The library services department manages the Zondervan Library, including an online library database available to students, staff, faculty, and the general public. They also help find specific resources through interlibrary loans.

Online Learning

The Office of Online Learning maintains the online student portal and assists faculty with the process of keeping their class portals—textbook lists, class grading, discussion blogs, calendars, and other information up to date.

Payroll and Benefits

The payroll and benefits department manages salary and benefits information, including the retirement contribution program and direct deposit information. This includes pay for students and student staff in the KuyperWorks program.

President’s Office

The President’s Office provides executive direction and support for all of the College departments.

Public Relations

The Public Relations Office acts as the primary communications office of the College to the media in general and the community at large.

Registrar

The Registrar’s Office manages all class schedules and records to ensure degree-seeking students are able to take the necessary classes to meet the requirements for their degree. This office also provides the necessary transcripts.

Facility Reservations

The Reservations Office manages internal and external scheduling and set-up for use of the various rooms and buildings and events on campus.

Student Development

The Student Development Office supports, encourages, and challenges students to become who God creating them to be while promoting a close, tight-knit community that serves each other.

Title IX

The Kuyper Title IX Office ensures that Kuyper College adheres to the regulations of the Title IX United States Education Amendment by protecting students against discrimination on the basis of sex for any educational program or activity offered by the College.
