Unusual Circumstances

Unusual circumstances refer to the conditions that justify an administrator making an adjustment to a students dependency based upon unique situation (parental abandonment or abuse, refugee status), referred to as a dependency override. If you have questions concerning these circumstances, please contact the financial aid director.

Federal Verification Process

Thirty percent of the college student body is randomly selected for the verification process by the federal government. The Financial Aid Office will contact you if you are selected for verification. These forms are not needed unless requested by the Financial Aid Office.
