Kuyper’s beautiful facilities are in high demand during non-class hours and summer break. There are several meeting rooms and event spaces available to rent by the general public. On this page, you will find details for facilities available for rent.
Vos Chapel
Vos Chapel is a destination wedding venue. Brightly lit, yet welcoming, it has been the choice of brides since it was first built. It is also used for seminars and other gatherings.
Venue Features
- Comfortable seating capacity for up to 200 guests
- Center aisle with nine pews on each side
- Services of hosts and sound and light technicians not included in the rental fee
- 37-foot center aisle from the base of the platform steps to the back of the seating area
- State-of-the-art sound and playback of prerecorded tapes and CDs system, projection system, grand piano, and digital “pipe” organ

Walters Dining Room
The Walters Dining room is a great facility for hosting dinners or wedding receptions.

- Comfortable seating capacity for up to 250 people
- Microphone and sound system with four speakers
- Typical seating of eight to a round table

West Dining Room
The West Dining Room is the perfect venue for smaller dining events and/or seminars.

- Microphone and sound system with speakers

Classrooms
Classrooms are a great venue for seminars, how-to and other instructional events.
Venue Features
- Classroom capacities for 16 to 65 people
- Each room is equipped with a screen, video projector, and overhead projector

Boonstra Gym
A state-of-the-art, brightly lit gym for basketball, volleyball and other competitive events.
Venue Features
- Full-size basketball and volleyball courts
- Six backboards
- Bleacher seating
- Accommodation for up to three volleyball nets
- Locker rooms with showers

Soccer Field
Kuyper offers a full-size soccer field with goals for soccer and other competitive events, such as flag football tournaments.

- Day hours only (no lights)
- The field will be stripped for an additional cost

Timmer / Schaal Residence Halls
Used during the summer months, the residence halls host a variety of guests who use the College facilities for various events.
Venue Features
- Each residence hall contains 32 two-bedroom suites—with each suite sharing a full bathroom
- Each bedroom sleeps one to two people
- Each residence hall has one lounge with cable TV and a kitchen

Holt Apartments
Apartments are occasionally available during the summer months.
