Filing a Complaint:

The process for registering a complaint can be found in the Student Handbook within the section Student Code of Conduct and Discipline, with the judicial process for complaints being listed on page 16-20.

After first working with the institution, if a student wishes to contact the state of Michigan concerning a complaint, they will do so by submitting this completed form to the state of Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs. Use this form.

Student Complaint or Concern

Kuyper College is committed to providing students with a means for sharing their concerns and officially registering complaints about any academic program, student service, or College process.

The Student Complaint Form provides students with an avenue to submit a concern regarding any area on campus for which no other specific process exists. You will receive confirmation that your complaint was received and routed to the appropriate office for review and response within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday.

This form should NOT be used to submit complaints or grievances regarding:

  • A violation of Title IX [For more information, go here.]
