Winter Graduates

December 22, 2014

While most college graduates are honored in the spring, winter graduates often go unrecognized. Not so at Kuyper where during the annual December Recognition Chapel, students who have completed their programs at Kuyper in December rather than May are recognized and congratulated for their accomplishments. This year, fifteen students graduated in December.

They included: Audel Bewley, BS, Business Leadership, Matthias DeJong, BS, Business Leadership, Han VanVeen, BS, Secondary Education, Erica Lynn Hall, BS, English,
Adam Priestley, BS, Interdisciplinary Studies, John Bills, BS, Interdisciplinary Studies, Andrew Smith, BS, Pre-Seminary Studies, Seth Lezon, BS, Youth Ministry, Breanne Bishop, BSW, Social Work, Taylor Ezikian, BSW, Social Work, Alison Mogck, BSW, Social Work, Amanda Van’tHul, BSW, Social Work, Krista Vermeer, BSW, Social Work, Elizabeth Vogt, BSW, Social Work, and Heather Miladinovich, AA.

During the service, Provost Patricia Harris acknowledged that each of the students have fulfilled the requirements for their programs and congratulated them on the completion of their degrees. Registrar Kyle Wigboldy then read off the name and degree of each student, recognizing them individually. Afterward, President Nick Kroeze offered words of sending and blessing to the graduates. This was followed by a joyful chapel service celebrating the beginning of Advent.
